Trigeminal neuralgia TN is an inflammation of the trigeminal nerve causing extreme pain and muscle spasms in the face. Attacks of intense, electric shock-like facial pain can occur without warning or be triggered by touching specific areas of the face.
When the trigeminal nerve becomes irritated, an attack of intense pain results. Post herpetic neuralgia (PHN) is a nerve pain (neuralgia) that persists after a (herpes zoster) shingles rash has cleared. If the pain goes, but then returns at a later date, this too is called PHN
Shingles is an infection of a nerve, and causes a typical rash. It is caused by the varicella-zoster virus.

Diagnosis:-

Leigh syndrome is a rare neuro-metabolic disorder characterized by degeneration of the central nervous system (brain, spinal cord, and optic nerve), meaning that it gradually loses its ability to function properly.
